Varan
Transport drone for logistics and research
An unmanned, radio-controlled transport platform measuring 1.4 x 0.7 x 2.6 m, with four driving wheels (out of six), silent and invisible to thermal imaging, with a range of up to 70 km and a payload of up to 500 kg. Maximum speed: 55 km/h.
Varan has proven itself in scenarios involving transporting goods within companies and evacuating victims of natural and man-made disasters.
A radio control module with a range of up to 1500 metres (in the basic configuration) allows Varan to be operated remotely. An optional machine vision module (available on request, depending on the application scenario) and artificial intelligence can be added to Varan.
By creating the Varan transport drone, we wanted to meet the needs of farmers who need to transport goods within their farm boundaries: seeds, fertiliser, crops, tools, etc. With high manoeuvrability and high performance, our unmanned vehicle is able to overcome difficult terrain, making it very useful for most farms.
